Send to Workflow Viewer

A bookmarklet that sends workflows from ECM to this viewer. It is read-only: it only calls the designer's own read services and changes nothing in ECM.

2Log in to ECMOpen your ECM site in this browser and sign in as usual.

3Click it on the ECM pagePick the workflows and press Send. They open here.

The bookmarklet only works on a page of your logged-in ECM site. It reads with your own ECM access. Anywhere else it only shows a reminder.

ECM servers allowed in this browser

The first time you use the bookmarklet on an ECM site, the viewer asks whether to allow it. Allowed sites can send workflows to this viewer without asking again.

Good to know

Any ECM page works. In the Workflow Designer, the workflow you have open is ticked for you.
The viewer opens in a new tab, or the one it opened before is reused, and the workflows are added to its dropdown. If a workflow is already showing, you'll be asked whether to open or compare.
Logins and passwords are never sent. DataLink connections arrive with their names and server details only.

If the pop-up is blocked, the data is copied to the clipboard instead — open the viewer and press Ctrl+V.

The bookmark points at . If the viewer moves to another address, open this page from the new address and drag the button again.
